Great Interview experince
I successfully completed the oral and written interview process with Alicelyn Health Care limited. The written interview was done on 16th June 2023 and the oral Interview on 14th June 2023.
In both the oral and written interviews, I got the chance to share my experience in care work based on my experience. In the process I also got an opportunity to get a glimpse of the nature and context of care work in the UK. The process was as much a sharing experience as it was a learning experience. It gave me great confidence that I will definitely be able to quickly adapt to the work environment in the UK.
Understanding of Moms needs
My mom is visually impaired and also has severe arthritis which is very painful for her. Alicelyn Healthcare have been doing care calls for just over a month now and we have found them to be very understanding of what mom requires and most importantly making sure her hands are rubbed with a gel to lessen the pain in her hands. They are very respectful, caring team and keep me informed with everything.

I cannot praise the care my mother receives from this team enough. They go over and above to ensure my mom lives very comfortably and go out of their way to ensure that she get hair cuts, pedicures, correct footware and of course good meals. I highly recommend the care that they provide.
